OnePoint expands mobile research capability with unique voice messaging
OnePoint is taking the mobile research experience to another level with the introduction of voice messaging. Survey participants can now have the option to respond via a voice message. With their permission, the OnePoint platform will automatically call a participant enabling them to leave verbal feedback. A voice message response enables the sharing of a more detailed description of their experience as well as providing researchers with an opportunity to better understand the emotion being felt at that time.
Giving participants the opportunity to provide verbal insight complements the already channel rich OnePoint solution with which it is possible to send pictures, videos or open text comments. Importantly, by allowing participants to choose how they want to engage, the ‘in-the-moment’ insight captured by the mobile phone is significantly enriched - ultimately improving the mobile research experience for both the participant and the researcher.
All responses, including voice messages and multimedia, are accessible instantly in one central area via the OnePoint secure web portal. |
