  LG Mobile has embraced mobile research to better engage with their retail partners and consumers across the UK.

LG are using OnePoint mobile surveys across the business including the capture of in-store feedback, training evaluation, voice of the customer and as part of marketing campaigns.

The most recent campaign which incorporated a video, for the launch of a new handset, succeeded in standing out from the crowd and achieved a high level of engagement.
